Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, please refer to the product description for specific shipping timelines.

Return & Exchange Information

Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or does not match the description, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue. Reach us at pokepal.collectibles@gmail.com.

Cancellations can be requested before the item has been shipped but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
